HB465: Enacts Lauren's Law regarding developmental disability care

Legislative Summary

To amend section 5123.01 and to enact sections 5123.1910, 5123.1911, 5123.1912, 5123.1913, 5123.1914, 5123.1915, 5123.1916, 5123.1917, and 5123.1918 of the Revised Code to permit a resident of a licensed residential facility to conduct electronic monitoring of the resident's room and to name this act Lauren's Law.
