HB468: Regards patriotic groups presenting to public school students

Legislative Summary

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.473 of the Revised Code regarding the presentation of information on patriotic organizations to students in public schools and to amend section 3314.03 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2025, to continue the change on and after that date.
