HB633: Regards type 1 diabetes information for parents

Legislative Summary

To amend sections 3314.03 and 3326.11 and to enact sections 3313.7118 and 3707.61 of the Revised Code to require the Department of Health to develop type 1 diabetes informational materials for parents and guardians of elementary school students and to amend the version of section 3314.03 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2025, to continue the changes on and after that date.
