Legislative Summary
Adds to cancers covered by rebuttable presumption of occupational disease for eligible nonvolunteer firefighters. Adds to cancers covered by rebuttable presumption of occupational disease for eligible nonvolunteer firefighters. Requires Workers' Compensation Management-Labor Advisory Committee to review material published by National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health related to cancers associated with nonvolunteer firefighters.
