Legislative Summary
Establishes General Counsel Committee within Legislative Assembly and directs committee to select General Counsel. Establishes General Counsel Committee within Legislative Assembly and directs committee to select General Counsel. Sets forth duties and qualifications of General Counsel. Provides that duties General Counsel must perform become operative July 1, 2024. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
