SB853: Relating to payment of travel for telecommuting state workers.
Legislative Summary
Prohibits state from paying costs of travel to or from Oregon for employee in state service who telecommutes from principal worksite more than 60 miles outside this state, unless collective bargaining agreement provides otherwise or essential requirements of position make it necessary for employee to telecommute from outside this state.
