Legislative Summary

Gives ODVA the power to make rules to carry out the laws on unclaimed remains of veterans and family. (Flesch Readability Score: 62.8). Provides the Department of Veterans' Affairs with authority to adopt rules to implement the laws concerning the unclaimed remains of veterans, veterans' spouses and dependents and survivors of veterans.
