SB463: Relating to reporting on the soundness of the state's Insurance Fund; declaring an emergency.

Legislative Summary

Tells a state agency to do a report about how well the state's Insurance Fund is doing. (Flesch Readability Score: 70.1). Requires the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to submit by [August 30] January 15 of each even-numbered year a report to the Legislative Assembly concerning the soundness of the state's Insurance Fund. Specifies the contents of the report and directs agencies of state government and participants in the fund to cooperate with and assist the department in carrying out the department's duties under the Act. [Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.] Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
