Legislative Summary
The Act allows certain higher learning schools to set tuition rates for certain students from East Asia. (Flesch Readability Score: 65.1). Requires the rate of tuition to be a specified amount. Permits the boards to establish fees for services used by the students and the requirements for a student to be qualified.
