The Act says that a person may not buy or sell certain winning lottery tickets. The Act says that people who buy such tickets can't deduct the price for Oregon taxes. The Act lets lottery winners choose whether to release their name and address. The Act becomes law 91 days after sine die. (Flesch Readability Score: 75.2).
