SB421: Relating to the youth behavioral health workforce.

The Act tells the System of Care Advisory Council to look at the youth behavioral health work force and report on it. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.4). Directs the council to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to behavioral health and health care not later than September 15, 2026.
