Legislative Summary
The Act tells OHA to increase the rate at which dental care organizations are reimbursed. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.8). Directs the Oregon Health Authority and coordinated care organizations to reimburse dental care organizations for dental services provided to medical assistance recipients at a rate no less than 59.8 percent of the average rate paid by insurers nationwide. Directs the authority to annually review and revise the rates. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
