The Act says a person might be allowed to check and see if cows are pregnant, even if the person is not a veterinarian. Allows the ODA to adopt rules to explain when this is okay. Directs the task force to report on findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to agriculture no later than December 15, 2025. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
