HB3729: Relating to crematory incinerators; prescribing an effective date.

Legislative Summary

This Act says that a person does not have to do cremations at more than 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.6). Prohibits the Department of Environmental Quality, the Environmental Quality Commission or a regional air quality control authority from requiring a person to operate a human or animal crematory incinerator at a temperature greater than 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
