This Act makes DLCD give grants for denser housing. (Flesch Readability Score: 94.3). Requires the Department of Land Conservation and Development to provide grants to local governments to support middle housing infrastructure. Exempts local governments from requirements to allow middle housing while grants are pending. Sunsets January 2, 2028. Appropriates moneys to the department for the grants.
