Legislative Summary

The Act says DAS must give a city a grant of $2 million so the city can bring commercial air service to the Crater Lake-Klamath Regional Airport. But, if the city does not find someone to provide the service before June 30, 2027, the city must return the money to DAS. The Act becomes law in July. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.8).
