Legislative Summary

Amend Section 23-23-60, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Issuance Of Certificates And Other Appropriate Indicia Of Compliance And Qualification To Law Enforcement Officers And Other Persons By The Law Enforcement Training Council, So As To Provide The Director May Accept For Training As A Law Enforcement Officer An Applicant Who Has Obtained An Associate Degree Or Is Enrolled In An Associate Degree Program.
