Legislative Summary
Amend Section 12-6-3790, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Exceptional Needs Child Tax Credit, So As To Increase The Amount The Public Charity May Expend For Administration Costs To Five Percent, To Allow The Fund And Individuals To Carry Forward Credits And Increase The Amount A Taxpayer May Claim As A Percentage Of Tax Liability, To Remove A Provision That Requires A School To Provide Certain Individual Student Test Scores In Its Application, And To Increase The Credit Authorization Amounts Among Credits So Long As The Total Authorization Amount Is Not Exceeded. - Ratified Title
