Amend Section 57-1-430, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Duties Of The Secretary Of Transportation, So As To Require The Secretary To Certify The Expenditure Report And Include Transferred Funds, And To Require The Secretary To Publish And Certify A Report Regarding Any Transfer Of Funds To The South Carolina Transportation Infrastructure Bank.
