Amend Section 56-5-4710, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Use Of Mounted Oscillating, Rotating, Or Flashing Red Lights By Wreckers, So As To Provide Wreckers Must Use Their Nonred Flashing Warning Lights When Picking Up Another Vehicle.
