Legislative Summary

Amend Section 56-2-105, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Permitting And Operation Of Golf Carts, So As To Provide A Golf Cart Must Be Equipped With A Safety Belt Assembly Installed At Each Designated Seating Position, Provide The Operator Of A Golf Cart And Each Passenger Must Wear A Fastened Seat Belt, And Provide A Penalty For A Violation.
