Amend Section 8-11-177, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Paid Leave For State Employees In The Case Of The Death Of An Immediate Family Member, So As To Provide That The Term "immediate Family" Also Shall Include A Child Whose Unplanned Death Was The Result Of Miscarriage Or Still-birth.
