Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 7-19-45 So As To Establish Election Districts From Which The Members Of The Congressional Districts Are Elected Beginning With The 2022 General Election; And To Repeal Section 7-19-35 Relating To Election Districts From Which Members Of The Congressional Districts Were Formerly Elected.
