Amend Section 16-3-600, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Assault And Battery Offenses, So As To Add That Assault And Battery Of A High And Aggravated Nature Occurs When A Person Injures A Health Care Worker Or Emergency Response Employee In The Discharge Of Or Because Of Their Official Duties.
