Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 1-11-498 So As To Establish The "george Stinney Fund" From Which The Department Of Administration Shall Operate A Grant Program To Compensate The Family Of A Person Who Was Wrongfully Executed; And To Appropriate Ten Million Dollars To The Fund.
