Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Article 15 To Chapter 43, Title 44 So As To Prohibit Discrimination Against Individuals With Disabilities In Accessing Anatomical Gifts And Organ Transplants; To Define Certain Terms; To Establish Requirements And Prohibited Conduct For Covered Entities, Including Hospitals And Organ Procurement Organizations, With Regard To The Organ Transplant Process; To Create Civil Remedies For Violation Of The Provisions Of The Article; And For Other Purposes. - Ratified Title
