Legislative Summary
Amend Section 59-103-15, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Missions And Focuses Of Institutions Of Higher Learning, So As To Provide The State Technical And Comprehensive Education System May Authorize Accelerated Bachelor Of Science In Nursing Degree Completion Programs For Students Of Technical College Associate Of Science In Nursing Degree Programs, And To Provide The Authorization Of Such Degree Programs Only Is Allowed When New State General Funds Are Not Appropriated For The Operation Of The Program.
