Legislative Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 46-3-290 So As To Direct The Department Of Agriculture To Establish A "certified S.c. Raised Beef" Designation And To Provide Labels For Any Applicant Who Meets The Criteria; And By Adding Section 47-17-160 So As To Allow Beef Producers In This State To Carry A "certified S.c. Raised Beef" Designation.
