S0026: Smoking in car; unlawful to smoke in car with a minor in the vehicle

Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 56-5-3910 So As To Provide That It Is Unlawful For A Person To Smoke A Tobacco Product In A Motor Vehicle In Which A Minor Is A Passenger And To Provide A Penalty.
