Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-63-25 So As To Provide An Open Enrollment Option In Public Schools; By Amending Section 59-63-30, Section 59-63-32(b), (c), And (e), And Section 59-63-480, To Make Conforming Changes To Implement The Open Enrollment Option.
