Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 37-1-310 So As To Provide Definitions, To Provide That A Commercial Entity That Publishes Certain Obscene Material Online May Be Held Liable For Certain Damages, To Provide That It Is Unlawful For A Commercial Entity To Make A Pornographic Website Available To Persons Under The Age Of Eighteen, And To Provide That The Attorney General May Seek Injunctive And Other Equitable Relief. - Ratified Title
