Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 63-13-1210, Relating To The State Advisory Committee On The Regulation Of Childcare Facilities, So As To Provide That Members Appointed To Represent Church-operated Childcare Centers Must Be From Registered Faith-based Centers.
