Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Chapter 31 To Title 37 So As To Create The "foreclosure Resolution Program" Under The Department Of Consumer Affairs, To Require The Department To Adopt Certain Rules, To Require Notice Of Rights To Participate In Foreclosure Resolution, And To Provide For Applicability.
