Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 2-19-90, Relating To The Judicial Merit Selection Commission And Its Membership And Functions, So As To Require Attorney-legislators To Recuse Themselves From Voting Or Participating In Any Manner In The Election Process Of Judges And Justices.
