Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 56-3-7340, Relating To Native American Special License Plates, So As To Provide That The Department Of Motor Vehicles May Issue "catawba Indian Nation" Special License Plates To Owners Of Private Passenger Motor Vehicles Registered In Their Names.
