Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 7-23-10, Relating To Expenses Of General Election Officers, So As To Increase The Amount Paid To Managers And Clerks Of General Elections By Requiring A Per Diem From The Respective County In Which They Were Appointed To Serve In An Amount Equal To That Provided In The Annual Appropriations Act.
