Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Chapter 8 To Title 47 Entitled "public Contact With Dangerous Wild Animals" So As To Define Terms, To Prohibit Direct Contact With Dangerous Wild Animals, To Provide Exceptions, To Allow For Enforcement By Animal Control Authorities, Local Law Enforcement Agents, State Law Enforcement Agents, And County Sheriffs, And To Provide Penalties.
