Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 39-5-190 So As To Provide That Every Individual Has A Property Right In The Use Of That Individual's Name, Photograph, Voice, Or Likeness In Any Medium In Any Manner And To Provide Penalties.
