Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 40-13-265 So As To Provide Licensed Cosmetologists, Estheticians, And Nail Technicians May Provide Services Permitted For Which They Are Licensed On Location In The Home Of A Client Or At Certain Event Venues; And By Amending Section 40-13-110, Relating To Grounds For Revocations, Suspensions, Or Restrictions Of Licenses Issued By The Board Of Cosmetology, So As To Make Conforming Changes.
