Senate Accountability Act" By Adding Chapter 21 To Title 2 So As To Provide For The Manner In Which The Two United States Senators From South Carolina Shall Appear Annually Before A Joint Session Of The General Assembly To Discuss And Review Various Topics And Actions Taken By The United States Senate And By Them.
