Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 8-15-65, Relating To Annual Salary Supplements For Certain County Officers, So As To Delete The Requirement To Include Salary And Related Employer Contributions For The Salary Supplement Amount And To Require The Office Of The Comptroller General To Administer The Appropriated Amounts.
