S0468: Pooling Precincts in Municipal Elections

Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 7-7-1000, Relating To Pooling Precincts In Municipal General Elections, So As To Provide That The Total Number Of Registered Voters In Municipal Pooled Precincts May Not Exceed Three Thousand; And By Amending Section 7-7-1000, Relating To Pooling Precincts In Municipal Primary Elections, So As To Provide That The Total Number Of Registered Voters In Municipal Pooled Precincts May Not Exceed Five Thousand.
