Legislative Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Chapter 81 To Title 2 So As To Create The "joint Committee On Federalism" To Evaluate Certain Federal Laws, To Provide For The Membership Of The Committee, To Specify The Process Of Evaluation, And To Set Forth Other Duties.
