Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 58-5-70 So As To Require The Public Service Commission To Make Certain Considerations When Evaluating An Application For A Public Utility To Acquire Property Or Assets Used To Provide Water, Sewerage Collection, Or Sewerage Disposal Owned By A County, Municipality, Or Special Purpose District.
