Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 7-5-172 So As To Require Voter Registration To Include Party Affiliation; By Adding Section 7-13-17 So As To Require The Conducting Of Closed Primaries In This State; And To Require The State Election Commission Develop And Implement Procedures Necessary To Carry Out The Provisions Of This Act.
