Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Enacting The "sexual Offender Act" By Adding Section 56-1-150 So As To Provide The Department Of Motor Vehicles Must Place A Sexual Offender Identifier On The Drivers' Licenses Or Special Identification Cards Of Certain Sex Offenders, To Provide A Fee, And To Provide A Penalty For Violations.
