HB0083: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 10, relative to tuition assistance for Tennessee national guard members.
Legislative Summary
As enacted, extends eligibility for tuition reimbursement provided to members of the Tennessee national guard under the STRONG Act of 2017 to include technical certificates and diplomas and certain graduate programs; extends, from June 30, 2021, to June 30, 2025, the date on which the act will be repealed. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 10.
