HB1268: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 37 and Title 39, relative to the department of children's services.

As enacted, requires the department to notify the appropriate court when the department has knowledge that a foster parent from a kinship placement violated a court order by allowing a child to visit the child's parent within 96 hours of the department's knowledge of the information. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 39.
