HB1347: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 3; Title 4 and Title 58, Chapter 2, relative to emergency powers.
Legislative Summary
As introduced, requires the general assembly to review an executive agency created by executive order of the governor under the governor's emergency management powers; authorizes the general assembly to either continue or discontinue the executive agency and its function; directs that all public purchases and contracts for goods and services entered into by an executive agency are subject to state purchasing law requirements. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4 and Title 58, Chapter 2.
