Legislative Summary
As introduced, recognizes a federally recognized Indian tribe residing on tribal trust lands within this state for purposes of obtaining a gaming license from the national Indian gaming commission to conduct gaming operations on the tribal trust lands of the Indian tribe. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 12 and Title 66.
